Bukura Agricultural College (BAC) is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified State Corporation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, established by The Bukura Agricultural Act, 1999 to provide Agricultural Training through integration of research and extension.
The College hereby invites tenders from eligible bidders for provision of medical insurance cover as indicated on the table below

The following documents are mandatory for the tender:-
- Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration;
- Valid Copy of CR12.
- Copy of valid trade license;
- Copy of valid KRA tax compliance certificate and KRA Pin number;
- Audited accounts for last three financial years;
- Letters of recommendations from three of your major clients;
- Company profile;
- Valid registration from the relevant bodies.
Tender documents may be obtained from Supply Chain Management Office, located on the Ground floor of the Administration Block, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs.1000/- per set of tender documents at the accounts office or downloaded from http://www.tenders.go.ke or www.bukuracollege.ac.ke free of charge.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes, delivered at BAC and must remain firm for the whole period of the tender. Completed tender documents in plain, sealed envelope(s) clearly marked with the respective “Tender Number …..” and bearing no indication of the tenderer(s) name should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance to Administrative Block or sent by post to:

So as to reach him not later than Wednesday, 14TH December 2022 at 10.00am and to be opened immediately thereafter, in the Principal’s Boardroom, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
