PROGRAM FOR COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES

Following a successful Virtual Graduation held on Friday 24th July 2020, we wish to announce that;

  • The Partially cleared forms will be collected from the Students Welfare Office starting at 8.00am, daily.
  • Completion of Clearance of the graduands will commence from 8.00am daily for the SCHEDULED CANDIDATES ONLY.
  • No candidate will be cleared and or issued with a certificate on a day NOT indicated below.
  • The exercise will be REPEATED for another week starting 10th to 14th August 2020, to give chance to those who will have missed in the first round.
  • Students who wish to hire the gowns will NOT be cleared until after returning the hired gowns.
  • Issuance and collection of Certificates will be as shown in the table below;

24TH  GRADUATION CEREMONY

Bukura Agricultural College  wishes to inform all candidates who qualified for the award of Diplomas and Certificate in the 2018/2019 Academic year, Stakeholders and the Public that the 24th Graduation Ceremony will be held as a virtual Ceremony on Friday 24th July 2020  starting at 9.00am. The ceremony will be streamed live from the College. The link to the event will be provided through the College website and social media platforms.

COMPLIANCE TO GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES on COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Graduands are advised to participate in the live event remotely via video link from their respective homes

GRADUATION FEES

All Graduands are required to pay a non-refundable Graduation fee of   Kshs. 2000.

CLEARANCE AND COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES

All candidates are advised to confirm their graduating status with relevant offices by 17/07/2020. A program on how graduands will clear and collect their certificates, will be posted on the College Website, in order to minimize crowding.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain detailed information on sale of assorted livestock at Administration Block, Supply Chain Management Office during the normal working hours.

Tenderers who wish to have hardcopies of the tender documents will be required to pay ksh 500 per copy either in cash or bankers cheque.

The livestock can be viewed during normal working hours at the college, on prior arrangement with the supply chain management staff.

 Completed tender documents in plain, sealed envelope(s) clearly marked with the respective “Tender Number …..” and bearing no indication of the tenderer(s) name should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance to Administrative Block or sent by post to:
